Liquid Rubber Instant Set - Flat Roof Repairs

Liquid Rubber Instant Set is a cold applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane which is delivered in one coat via a spray machine which enables the coating of up to 800sq/m in a single day, it is an ideal solution for flat roof repairs. Once applied the product is instantly shower proof and once cured will fully bond to the surface. As the system is a water based product it can be applied to damp surfaces at a temperature of 5 degrees and rising. The detailing and application of Liquid Rubber is also up to 4 times quicker than other systems.

Rapid Roof Waterproofing System

Rapid Roof is a rapid curing waterproof and anti-skid system that cures withinin 20 minutes and at temperatures down to -30°C*, providing the ideal solution for balconies and walkways. It sets as a fully bonded membrane with over 200% elasticity. It is available in seven colours as standard (or any RAL on request) and can be applied down to -30oC*.

Product Applications

Pitched/Corrugated Roofs: Liquid Rubber Instant Set is the ideal solution for pitched roof waterproofing providing a seamless fully bonded finish. Rapid Roof is suited to smaller pitched roof projects.

Flat Roofs: All of our systems can be applied to flat roof areas. Liquid Rubber is used predominantly on larger roofs & Rapid Roof on smaller projects or where a specific colour finish is required.

Ramps: Our Rapid Roof system can be applied as a standalone anti-skid membrane providing a hard-wearing fully bonded surface where it is required. Ideal for loading bays, access ramps and car park ramps.

Gutters: Gutters can be difficult to waterproof especially when there is a potential of imminent rain. Both our systems provide a rapid curing fully bonded seamless solution ideal for gutters of any material, length or girth.

Balconies: The waterproof and anti-skid properties of Rapid Roof combined with its rapid curing and varying colour options, provide contractors and the home enthusiast with the perfect solution for balconies.

Asbestos Roofs: Liquid Rubber Instant Set provides a cost effective solution that can encapsulate asbestos roofs economically and with minimal disruption to the building operations.

Structural Waterproofing: Liquid Rubber Instant Set provides a fully bonded seamless tanking membrane to areas requiring waterproofing including walls, basements and concrete structures above or below ground.

Walkways & Stairs: Due to the rapid curing nature of Rapid Roof, it provides a quick and easy method for an anti-skid surface to the stairs and walkways where speed of application and time to traffickability can make all the difference.
